CHANGE OF MIND OR PERSONAL PREFERENCE
If you receive the correct product but do not like it or wish to exchange it, you may request an exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer must arrange and pay the return courier charges.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If we send the wrong product, or your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once the issue is confirmed, Xyla Collections will cover the return and replacement courier charges. The customer will not be charged for this exchange.
